After a happy period dedicated fulltime to motherhood, the time has come for La Volatil to recover her thirst for adventure, and what better way to do that than to travel to Japan with her great friend Loly? Even though her travel companion is the queen of improvisation, La Volatile is a planning machine and has the entire trip already nicely organized: from staying in a good ryokan dressed in the corresponding yukata, to beauty sessions in the thermal baths. It seems that nothing can go wrong, but when it’s time to begin the journey, all her fears that had accumulated in a year of making difficult decisions, are unleashed and form a dark cloud over her head. The excursion through a country full of rituals and exoticism will inevitably turn into a journey of self-retrospection from which she can only escape unscathed thanks to the power of humor and friendship.
