Ofelia is a vampire with a problem. Well, two. First, she loves garlic, and everybody knows vampires hate garlic. For that, and for some other reason, she has always felt like a stranger among her kind.
Secondly, she is starting college in the big city, surrounded by vampires, humans, and situations she has never experienced before. She has decided to start over, but her past keeps following her. All she wants is to be normal, to go unnoticed. But what is normal?
And for that she will try to act distant and cold around others, but that will prove completely impossible once she meets Nico, a human boy who seems to know so much more than her about vampires, and for whatever reason, she can’t get him out of her mind.
