Dr. Williams sets the stage with a poignant quote from Dr. Martin Luther King: “Our scientific power has outrun our spiritual power. We have guided missiles and misguided men.” From there, he launches into a thought-provoking chapter entitled “A Promise of Protection” using Genesis 9:11 as the biblical reference.
Regarding this work, Williams shares, “Every day across America, people in emergency situations of life call 911. However, it is important that we know whom to call. Let us never neglect to call upon God’s Word for help.” Every chapter offers hope and encouragement and challenges Americans to keep a strong faith for the days ahead.

Daniel Williams serves as Senior Pastor of Christ the Redeemer in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He is also Presiding Bishop of the International Communion of Christian Churches, founder and President Emeritus of Calvary International, Chairman of the Board of Teen Mania Ministries, and a board member of the Mali Vai Washington Foundation. Dr. Williams holds multiple degrees, including a D.Min. from Covington Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Sharon, have four children and two grandchildren.
