In this book, I am going to tell you my story. The one that includes the eating disorders I suffered, bullying, fatphobia, low self-esteem, and the constant feeling that my world was collapsing. But most importantly, I am going to tell you how I got out of that dark place, that other part of the story in which we talk about healing and finding light in the face of so much darkness. I want to tell you how I went from hating myself to loving myself beyond measure, how accepting myself was the first step towards freedom.
