Though our unbeatable customer service has become the stuff of legends, our sales team is less well-known, which we think is silly - they're the ones serving the customers!

We interviewed Heather, Reagan, and Mike so that you could get a better look at their individual personalities, strengths, and all-around awesome energy as a team. 

Heather: "Probably Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone  - I already own about five different copies. I would love to have a copy with all the different covers from other countries." 

Mike: "StrengthsFinder 2.0!"

Reagan: "Fire Starters Sessions, so I could give it to every person that I met!"

Heather: "I love working with my best friends every day and also promoting reading to my customers, books are my sanctuary and I’ve learned so much over the years from the variety of books that I read, I’m happy to know that I’m helping other people have these experiences."

Mike: "Learning about all the unique ways our clients are using books within their organizations."

Reagan: "I love working at BBS because I get to work with some of my best friends!"

Heather: "More recently, I tore through Olive Kitteridge, Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore, and currently, I’m finishing up A Clash of Kings."

Mike: "The Man in the High Castle by Philip Dicks."

Reagan: "I am currently reading Under the Feet of Jesus but my next read is The Sun is Also a Star!"

Heather: "Quiet Times and the Karaoke of My Dreams"

Mike: "Humbly Hungry"

Reagan: "The Adventures of Reagan and Roo"

Heather: "Geeky, Motivated, and Cat-Lady"

Mike: "Focused, Witty, and Welcoming"

Reagan: "Silly, Creative, and Bold"
