El homicida en serie conocido como el Asesino de las Monedas aterroriza al popular barrio del Raval, en Barcelona, sin que la policía pueda detenerle. Under public and political pressure to solve the brutal crimes, Inspector Enrique Moreno is increasingly convinced that the killer is reserving the five hundred euro note for the King of Spain himself.
