Tessie 'Mac' McIntosh always wanted to be a Philadelphia Police officer. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, She progressed from a patrol officer to an undercover position with a reputation for intelligence, integrity, and professionalism. Promoted to detective, Mac received various departmental commendations. However, a covert operation went badly, exposing poor communications between precincts and resulting in an officer's death.
