Para cuando se reencuentran, los tres son ya otras personas, tres adultos comunes con problemas comunes... pero en su presente y en su pasado hay nudos por desatar: la homosexualidad, la venganza, la culpa matricida, el amor soterrado. Óscar, María, and Román meet at a boarding school that for them is a playing field but also a bridge to the dark night of the soul: none of the three can avoid pain, and all three share grandiloquent fantasies. Together they take on loneliness and orphanhood, and the need to make decisions that will affect the rest of their lives. Afterward, destiny separates them for twenty long years.
When they reunite, the three are all different people: three regular adults with regular problems… but in their present and past there are knots to be untied: homosexuality, vengeance, matricidal guilt, unrequited love. Together again, they search for answers, both in their current circumstances and in the children they were.
