Overview
A timeless picture book from debut author Rosie Hamilton and award-winning illustrator Beatrice Alemagna about a little rat’s very bad day as he tries everything to turn it around.
Little Rat was feeling bad.
He felt itchy-scratchy and all scrunched up inside. Everything was pushing and squashing at him. Nothing made him feel better. Not his father's pancakes or singing songs with Magpie or even playing I Spy with Moth. But then Time came. Without saying anything, she sat beside him and waited.
Perhaps it's exactly what Little Rat needed.
From award-winning illustrator Beatrice Alemagna and debut author Rosie Hamilton comes a classic in the making that reminds us no bad day is a match for a bit of time and a stack of pancakes.
