Every night, Liam studied the stars sparkling in the velvety sky. Their light embraced him. “I wish I could hug you back, my friends,” he whispered.
Liam loves watching the night sky through his telescope. One night, he sees a star falling out of the sky. He runs into the yard to catch it in a net, and notices the star's light is dim. Despite his efforts, he isn't able to nurse it back to health. That is, until he makes a simple wish."I wish I knew how to help you."
Through the power of his selfless wishes and friendship, the star steadily grows brighter. With Liam's nurturing, Little Star heals over time, gaining strength, vigor, and more shine. Liam and Little Star enjoy outdoor games, the swings, and even celebrating Shabbat together.
