A young boy with no magical talent is chosen to apprentice for a powerful mage and must navigate a dangerous labyrinth to prove himself in this hit coming-of-age fantasy adventure laced with magic and intrigue.
Hugh of Emblin is, so far as he's concerned, the worst student mage that the Academy at Skyhold has ever seen. He can barely manage any spells at all, and those he does cast tend to fail explosively. Hugh would be delighted to just keep his head down and avoid bullies.
