Overview

This beautifully illustrated collection of verses shows children how to use God's Word throughout the day!
Inspire your little one with the warmth of family and the power of God’s Word! While the illustrations in this sweet picture book follow a loving family through their day, the text is drawn entirely from the Bible, with each picture paired with an appropriate verse:
- In the morning, as Mom, Dad, and their three kids wake up to a glorious sunrise, Genesis 1:1 reminds readers that “God created the heavens and the earth.”
- As the young son plays with his friends, Ephesians 4:32 suggests “Be kind to one another.”
- When the children face a dentist appointment, Joshua 1:9 counsels “The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
- And in the evening, as the family prays together before dinner, the text says “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good” (Psalm 136:1).
The verses are simple enough for young children to memorize, and the familiar situations will teach them how the Bible’s wisdom can be applied in their day-to-day lives. My First Bible Verses Through the Day will be a useful and delightful addition to any Christian bookshelf!
