Overview
With over 70k copies sold in the German language, a thriving in-school teaching program in Germany, author Elisa Eckhartsberg brings her successful children's book series to the English language with four board books titled: Anger, Joy, Sadness, Fear.
Children are exposed to a wide range of emotions from birth. But they aren't always able to express, interpret, and understand their feelings. My Inner Team bridges the gap to help children better understand and describe their emotions. These four books follow the characters of Fear, Joy, Anger, and Sadness that are our common emotions, learning about each emotion along the way. The more children understand their feelings, the better they can learn to express themselves and their inner world in a clear and compassionate way.
Author Elisa Eckhartsberg's goal is to build a bridge between generations and encourage both young and old to develop a more mindful approach to a more loving connection with one another. She confidently states, "Knowing and approaching oneself with curiosity and understanding fosters empathy in relationships with others."
