As they watch their scores build on the big bar graph, Rosie is pretty sure she’s the GOAT for English language arts, and Wolfie is 100% sure he’s the math GOAT. But when the “friendly competition” turns the Billy Goats into bullies, and even good-natured Wolfie pulls out his claws, Rosie wants to quit the contest. Then she comes up with an idea that just might make Rosie the Greatest of All Third-Graders!
