Overview
A once-peaceful Mars stands on the brink of annihilation from the Gemini. Mars’ secret weapon is a superhero team called the Diadem, created by the brilliant Professor Xolotl. The wealthy, consumerist-based government of Mars also wants to reach its teenage demographic, so it launches Rubies 15: teenage superhero sidekicks to The Diadem. But the people of Mars aren’t buying into Rubies, who come across as unskilled and cowardly in the face of the Gemini. As a sidekick to Shadow, Dim isn’t confident in his ability to stop the powerful forces within their orbit either. Professor Xolotl must use his advanced technology to endow the teenage sidekicks with superpowers that compliment and expand the superpowers of The Diadem. As the Gemini close in for a final attack, Dim and his fellow Rubies may be the only hope for the human race.
