Doctor's notes, my gift to the doctors and nurses that displayed their stellar qualities of care for myself as well as others. I wanted to highlight their individual contributions of how they inspired me, and how grateful I am for our encounters. And last, but certainly not least, is reflection. It is where the scenes spoken of has applied to everyone, or some particular point will, and if not, you know someone who has dealt with a situation similar. These are the areas approached and embarked upon, but my challenge to the readers is go even further and allow yourself to truly feel all of the emotions showering you. To acknowledge, accept, respect, and value your emotions is a true form of release. Laugh, cry, reminisce, allow nostalgia a few moments of your time etc...
