Dillon lives off the grid, growing up in seclusion in a mountainside cabin with protective parents who shelter him from the futuristic, dystopian outside world. His peaceful existence is shattered one night when the cabin is attacked by mysterious assailants, resulting in the death of his parents and sending him on the run. Dillon stumbles on Willow Haven, an AI-designed town supported by humanoid 'companions', and cautiously blends in. A beautiful woman and her strange male companion take him in and provide food and housing. But all is not well. He soon discovers the sinister mechanisms lurking beneath the town’s happy surface.
