An Author’s Legacy

“The author, Jeffrey Zaslow, stole a special place on our hearts, and a room in our store, when he based The Magic Room here at Becker's Bridal,” writes Alyssa of Becker’s Bridal. Sadly, Zaslow passed away in 2012 while promoting the release of this book that would be his last.

In honor of Zaslow, Becker’s Bridal now gifts each bride that joins the Becker’s family with a copy of The Magic Room. “We believe that not only does it represent a beautiful bond and history that has been growing here for over 80 years, but more importantly pays homage to the life, work and impact that Jeff left with this world,” says Alyssa.

“More than 2,000 brides receive a copy of the book each year after standing in the powerful Magic Room, and as often as they continue to come, we will continue to share the love and legacy.”

The incredible bond between Becker’s Bridal and writer Jeffrey Zaslow has tied these two together forever. Perhaps brides and books were meant to be.
