La razón me reveló que la tristeza es un desperdicio y que la inteligencia siempre tiende a la alegría. El pesimismo no es más que una perspectiva parcial y frente a él, el amor cura e invita al optimismo.
Esto es lo que quiero compartir contigo: que el ser humano puede elegir, que no es una marioneta en manos de la fatalidad, que es posible encontrar esperanza, que el dolor psíquico puede superarse y que el optimismo no es signo de ingenuidad, sino un ejercicio de lucidez.
La filosofía es la herramienta que nos ayuda a vivir mejor.

Throughout my life, my therapists were Plato, Socrates, Marcus Aurelius, Saint Augustine, and Viktor Frankl, among others. They could also be your therapists.
Reason revealed to me that sadness is a waste, and intelligence is always prone to joy. Pessimism is nothing but a partial view, and against it, love heals and invites optimism.
This is what I wish to share with you: human beings can choose, they are not puppets in the hands of fatality, it is possible to find hope, psychic pain can be overcome, and optimism is not a sign of naivete, but an exercise in lucidity.
Philosophy is the tool to help us live better.
